The Ethiopian Tribe is a tribe located in the country of Ethiopia, Africa. They were in two episodes, "Starvin' Marvin (episode) in Season One and "Starvin' Marvin in Space" in Season Three.

"Starvin' Marvin (episode)"
In the episode, Starvin' Marvin, a young Ethiopian, is accidently adopted by The Boys, instead of a Taiko sports watch. Eric Cartman is mistaken for Marvin and is taken to Africa. Cartman becomes so hungry up on life but sees something in the distance. It is a building. Inside Sally Struthers is found hording food. The tribe ties her to a stick and put an apple in her mouth. Eventually, Marvin is taken back to his tribe with an abundance of turkeys.
"Starvin' Marvin in Space"
When an alien spaceship lands in Africa, The alien is then eaten by a lion, leaving his spaceship. Starvin' Marvin takes the ship in search of a place to live without the annoying Christian Missionaries that plague the tribe. The FBI catches wind of this and interrogate Marvin's Parents. The FBI then enlists the help of Sally Struthers after Starvin' Marvin, The Boys and The tribe escape in the spaceship. They, after a long battle between the FBI, Sally Struthers and The Christian Missionaries, arrive on Marklar, a paradise. They still live on Marklar to this day.
