Elvin Cartman is Cartman's cousin and the son of Aunt Lisa and Uncle Stinky . Throughout his apperances he is referred to as "Cousin Elvin". He has made two appearances in South Park - "Merry Christmas Charlie Manson!" and "Cartmanland".
Appearance
Elvin wears brown shoes, and has dark brown hair, he is almost always seen holding or eating a fudgesicle, with chocolate smeared across his face. Elvin uses catch phrases similar to Cartman such as "Sweet!" and "Kickass!" but in different context and usually blurted out. In the episode "Merry Christmas Charlie Manson!", when he finally finished his fudgesicle he began crying (suggesting he wanted another), annoying Cartman; Cartman hits him in the back of the head, causing his eyes to go strangely blank and cross-eyed.
