Trivia

  • Mr. Derp cameos in the background when Garrison returns.
  • Mr. Garrison's final speech is ironic given his actions in "Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina" where he immediately wishes for a sex change back when he realizes he can't get an abortion.
  • When Mr. Garrison is talking to the Police Chief about his missing penis, a framed photo of a child who looks remarkably like Stan can be seen hanging behind the Police Chief's desk. The boy is not wearing Stan's hat, but his hair is similar to Stan's whenever his hat comes off and he is wearing the football jersey and number that Stan wore in "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride." Whether this was intentionally done by the writers or if it is simply a coincidence is unknown.
  • This episode is the last to focus on Mr. Garrison until Season Nineteen's "Where My Country Gone?".
  • This is the last episode to feature Herbert Garrison as a woman.
