"Eat, Pray, Queef" is the fourth episode of Season Thirteen, and the 185th overall episode of South Park. It aired on April 1, 2009.

Synopsis

Someone played an April Fools joke on the boys and it didn’t go over well. Butters is incapacitated, Cartman is furious and the rest of the boys are afraid someone might do it again.

Plot

The boys, as well as the male fourth-grade class, go to Cartman's house to watch the latest episode of Terrance and Phillip. However, the episode doesn't air, as it is part of an April Fool's joke; instead, a new, similar show called The Queef Sisters airs in its place.

As Cartman argues with the Canadian head of networking on a phone, and when the fourth-grade girls hear about this, Red says student Samantha Dunskin can make herself queef on command; Wendy then says she has an idea. As the boys dictate a letter against the Queef Sisters, Samantha, accompanied by the girls, show up and expels air from her vagina (called "queefing") in Butters' face. The boys are extremely disgusted and Butters freaks out then runs home screaming in sheer disgust. The boys' fathers demand a ban on queefing the next day, much to the town's women's anger.

Meanwhile, Terrance and Philip's show is cancelled due to The Queef Sisters' rising popularity. The duo attempt to kill their rivals, but the plan backfires due to them immediately falling in love with them after they mention that Terrance and Phillip have been their idols since they were children.

The town testifies in the case regarding the Butters/queefing incident. A female senator backs up her point by queefing exact lines of dialogue from "The Road Warrior". The next day, queefing is banned; however, Sharon and Shelly (Stan's mother and sister) are hurt and insulted by this, as they describe it as an example of sexism that still pervades society, and thus, Stan and his father Randy realize the point was actually about women's rights. All of the men in South Park get together and record an inspirational song called "Queef Free", a parody of "We Are the World". Finally, Terrance and Phillip marry The Queef Sisters, despite their obvious disgust with queefing.
