Dr. Sheltair was a proctologist who appeared in the Season Twenty-Six episode "Japanese Toilet".

Background[]

After not receiving Randy Marsh at his office for a few days, Dr. Sheltair visited Randy at Tegridy Farms to check on his hemorrhoids. Randy declares that he would no longer need Dr. Sheltair's services, explaining that he now has a Japanese toilet. When Dr. Sheltair visited the toilet, he attempted to vandalize it, knowing that it would cost his job and a trip to Tuscany with his wife. Randy chases him out of his house in response.

Dr. Sheltair broke into The Home Depot and held several workers hostage. Upon the arrival of the police force, Dr. Sheltair took one delivery man outside the store at gunpoint. He claimed he was not the perpetrator behind Randy's shooting incident outside City Hall, but feared that "they" would use him as a scapegoat, using a second grader's report about toilets in the school paper two years ago as an example. Dr. Sheltair then shot himself in the anus.

Appearance[]

Dr. Sheltair had a gray balding hair and mustache. He wore a doctor's coat over a blue shirt and pink checkered tie.
