Dr. Pep-er is a carbonated beverage that is a play on the real life equivalent "Dr. Pepper" in that they have almost the exact same name and can design.

Prominence

In "Sexual Healing".

  • "Guitar Queer-O" - A can of Dr. Pep-er can be seen in the living room while the boys play Guitar Hero.
  • "Sexual Healing" - Eric Cartman is seen with the can of the drink (amongst other snacks) while playing Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2011 with Stan Marsh.
  • "Insheeption" - When Stan is reading a note from Wendy, a can of Dr. Pep-er is highly visible in front of Kyle.
  • "Ass Burgers" Wendy has a can of it during her picnic with Stan in the "Landslide" segment of the episode.
  • "The Poor Kid" - The Weatherheads and their army of foster children drink only Dr. Pep-er and Diet Dr. Pep-er, as it is an "agnostic beverage" in that nobody knows exactly what it tastes of.
