Doctor Vosknocker appeared in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut and was voiced by "Monty Python" star Eric Idle. He introduced the V-Chip and implants it into Cartman's head to stop him from swearing. His name deliberately sounds like Balls Knocker.
