Doctor. Vosknocker is a one time character in the South Park. He appeared in the movie only and was voiced by Monty Python star 'Eric Idle'. He introduced the V-Chip and implements it into Eric Cartman.
Appearence
Doctor. Vosknocker has an oval shaped head, (an egghead), He's bald at the top of his head but he's bushy at the sides. He has lots of wrinkles and wears black glasses. He wears a white lab coat with a pink bowtie and a khaki pair of trousers.
