Doctor Vosknocker appears in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut and was voiced by "Monty Python" star Eric Idle. He introduced the V-Chip and implants it into Cartman's head to stop him from swearing. His name is an intentional double-entendre of the phrase “Balls Knocker” .

Doctor Vosknocker wears a white suit with a white shirt and a red bow tie. He has a mad scientist-like hairdo, consisting of gray poofy hair on the sides of his head and bald on the top. He has gray eyebrows and a gray mustache that is parted in a similar way to his hair. He wears glasses that have rectangular frames with rounded corners and has a blue pocket protector with several pens in it. He has wrinkles on his cheeks and forehead.
