Doctor Tom was first seen in the Season One episode, "Tom's Rhinoplasty".
Background
Doctor Tom owns Tom's Rhinoplasty, a business seen in many of the episodes, but only featured in "Tom's Rhinoplasty".
In "Tom's Rhinoplasty", Doctor Tom gave Herbert Garrison a new nose, which made him resemble actor David Hasselhoff.
In "The City Part of Town", he is seen cleaning the building.
Appearance
Tom is a young doctor, who slightly resembles Christopher Reeve. He wears a white lab coat and green doctors scrubs.
