The Department of Internet Money, abbreviated as DIM, is a government agency that appears in the Season Twelve episode "Canada on Strike". Its name is most likely a reference to the real-life Department of Motor Vehicles.
Background[]
In order to give the Canadians more money because, according to Stephen Abootman, Canada doesn't have enough money, the boys decide to create a music video for the song "What, What In the Butt" starring Butters and then collect the internet money that is made from the video. The boys go to the Department of Internet Money and are forced to wait in line with other internet celebrities. However, they are able to immediately collect the internet money after the other internet celebrities end up killing each other. They receive 10 million "theoretical dollars", which ends up being useless for the Canadians.
According to a sign seen in the building, no food or beverages are allowed to be consumed in the waiting room and profanity is also prohibited.
