Dave Foley is a comedian and actor, most famous for his role on the Canadian sketch comedy show, Kids in the Hall, as well as being the voice of Flik in the 1998 Pixar animated film, A Bug’s Life, Foley provided the voices of the Baldwin brothers in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.
