The milk company is visited by Cartman who has made up a story of a missing person case about Kenny as a joke. Cartman uses Kenny's portrait, which had been taken at South Park Elementary during a photo shoot, to trick the company into starting to print it onto the side of their milk cartons from that time on. The picture in question shows Kenny sitting upside down with his butt facing the camera, a posture which Cartman made Kenny agree to do. Cartman describes the missing kid to one of the colleagues of the company as having blonde hair, a brown eye and big rosy cheeks. The receptionist eventually falls for the made-up report and Cartman's plan works out.
