The cure for AIDS was found in the Season Twelve episode, "Tonsil Trouble". A theory was first put into place when the boys discovered Magic Johnson had lived for years despite having AIDS. Then the theory became stronger when they looked in his bedroom and saw hundreds of thousands of dollars where he slept. The cure was then discovered by Magic Johnson, Kyle Broflovski and Eric Cartman to be U.S. dollar bills (about $180,000) in their most concentrated form (liquidized), injected directly into the bloodstream. This worked because the HIV infected cells retreat when cash is introduced, and having it injected into the bloodstream kills the HIV altogether.
