Conjoined Twin Myslexia is a made up disease that serves as a plot element in "Conjoined Fetus Lady". It is a condition where one of the Siamese twins dies before birth, with the other surviving with the dead body still attached.

Nurse Gollum is a known patient of this disease. When Sheila learns of Nurse Gollum's condition, she begins to read up about "conjoined twin myslexia" and shares it to the boys, going to the lengths of explaining that the dead body may be inside the living person without their knowledge. This frightens Stan and Cartman away, with Sharon condemning Sheila for her act, triggering Sheila into promoting awareness of the disease to the whole town. Despite Gollum's opposition, Sheila proposes a Conjoined Twin Myslexia Awareness Week, which is eventually approved by the mayor.
