Appearing on a Channel 4 News broadcast along with a reporter, Commander Miller warns the viewers of the news report about "Mexican Joker". The Commander explains how Mexican Joker has no compassion, not motive, and is overall evil. He advises viewers to stay indoors, unless certain circumstances occur. He explains that Mexican Joker must have trauma from his past that motivated his acts, before it cuts to Jeff Corrigan and the other officers at the Department of Homeland Security. This lead the officers to believe they are in a flashback.
