The Canadian Minister of Movies appeared in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, where he was seen debating Sheila Broflovski at the U.N. Building. He later appeared in SUPER HARD PCness as The Canadian Minister of Streaming.
Appearance
Like all Canadians he has a Pac-Man type head that flaps when he speaks. He wears a blue suit with a green shirt underneath, glasses and has black hair in the style of a comb-over. He also has a small mustache and a long beard.
