- Peter Serafinowicz portrayed the British C*** Magic Ring Announcer. Serafinowicz previously voiced Darth Chef at the end of The Return of Chef.
- Tolkien Black is not seen in Mr. Garrison's class in this episode. His seat is filled in by Meagan Ridley.
- This Episode shows that Randy thinks that C*** magic is literally magic tricks you do with your penis so in a way he’s sort of fuddy duddy.

- This episode revolves are the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering (CCG). The game was created by Richard Garfield in 1993 and is distributed by Wizards of the Coast.
- All of the cards referenced in the episode are based on actual cards from the game. The cards mentioned mainly come from the MtG 2015 core set that was released in June 2014. This means most of these are reprints from earlier releases.
- The song "Barbie Girl" by Aqua plays during Randy's C*** magic show at the end of the episode. While the song plays, Randy takes a cloth and puts it in front of his penis and then makes his penis appear from behind the cloth in different angles. From one angle, the head of René Dif appears, singing his "Come on Barbie lets go party!" part of the song.
- M Burger is a fictional restaurant parody of McDonald's.
Continuity[]
- Although he was featured in The Stick of Truth game, this is the first time Tuong Lu Kim has appeared in the series since he was revealed to be Dr. William Janus in "City Sushi". It seems he got out of custody and really did go back to his Chinese restaurant.
- Wing Han Tsang (Mr. Kim's wife) from the Season Nine episode, "Wing", makes a cameo in the basement of City Wok during the C*** magic battles.
- Stuart McCormick is seen drinking Gluten Free Pabst Blue Ribbon.
- Bradley Biggle can be seen in the hallways while Stan talks to the Volleyball Girls. This is one of his few appearances after "C*** vs. C*** & Friends".
- Wendy has officially discarded her identity as Wendyl from "The Cissy". She had previously been seen with her original outfit in "The Magic Bush".
- The song that plays when the boys were getting a rooster was recycled from South Park: The Stick of Truth when the player is in the forest or when it is nighttime in the town.
