The Bully Girl with Red Cap is an unnamed character who appears as a boss along with her friends in South Park: The Stick of Truth. She has yet to have any appearances on the show.

She and her friends are found in the quest "Recruit the Girls", where they appear picking on Annie Knitts by stealing her Justin Bieber toy, until they are beaten by the New Kid and flee after losing the fight.
She later appears among the enemies in Clyde's army in "Beat Up Clyde" which the player has to defeat to continue.
