The Anti-Bullying Counselor apeared in Butterballs who was brought to the school to teach the students about the harm of bullying. Despite being against bullying, he constanlty bullies several people in South Park Elementary including Mr. Mackey, Stan Marsh, Lorraine, and all of the students at the bullying assembly when no one would volunteer as the director for the anti-bullying video he suggested. He bullies Stan in the bathroom at the school when he learnes that Stan sold the video rights to a movie producer and that the video was the property of Bucky Bailey's Bully Buckers. Later on, Stan hires Nick Jabs, the producer, to bully the counselor for him. The producer is able to keep the counselor from trying to claim credit for the movie by threat of sueing him is he does, causing the counselor to cry cause the profits from the movie would have made the Bucky Bailey's Bully Buchers a national orginization.

Appearance

The counselor wears a red sweater vest with yellow and oragne diamonds on it and has a white shirt and black tie underneath it. He also wear khaki pants, a black belt, and brown shoes. He is overweight and has a moustache and a Captain Kangaroo haircut.

Trivia

  • Despite being an anti-bullying counselor, he frequently bullies people including Mr. Machey, STan, and arguably Lorraine. He also calls Stan a cliché conflict resolution Kevin when STan sends Nick Jabs to wait for the counselor in the bathroom.
