- R. Kelly and Will Smith can be seen in the MTV Music Awards crowd.
- Paris Hilton, who appeared in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", appears in the crowd at the MTV Music Awards, which could imply that she managed to escape Mr. Slave's ass that she got stuck in at the end of the said episode.
- Britney Spears previously appeared in "Christian Rock Hard" as one of the musical artists on strike due to the illegal download of their music. She's also referred to in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset"; in the titles of Season Seven; as one of Shelly's favorite artists; in an alternate scene for "Cherokee Hair Tampons" where Cartman notes that he will make her his love slave, paying her ten million dollars (with the money he would receive had Kyle paid him for his kidney); and in "AWESOM-O" when Cartman dresses as her.
- Though Kenny does not appear in this episode, his parents appear briefly near the end taking photographs of Britney with everyone else.
- Cartman does not re-appear after the scene where Britney shoots herself.
