Changes: Boy with Blond Hair

The Boy with Blond Hair could be the brother of Heidi Turner. He appears in South Park only as a background character with "Quest for Ratings" being his first appearance. In "Cartoon Wars Part I", when everyone is gathering in the community center, he can be seen in the background with Heidi and her parents. In his next appearance, he can been seen briefly in "Breast Cancer Show Ever".

Appearance

He has curly blond hair which resembles a Tommy Turner's, although Tommy Turner has brown hair. In "Breast Cancer Show Ever" he can be seen wearing a green jacket, blue pants, and black shoes.
