This discussion keeps dragging on. I'll revise my final point: South Park Archives has no interest in forking to another server because most, if not all, of our active users started with the default Wikia skin. Our wiki's attitude towards Wikia updates has always been progressive; we were one of the first to implement article comments, message walls and the new forum.

To answer Lcawte's question, a third party is legally allowed to use our content with direct attribution. However creating another wiki on the same subject, would be acting against the interests of this individual wiki and may require us to take further actions for protection. Plus, a user not happy with our wiki would be exptected to start theirs from scratch rather than copying all articles.

However creating another wiki on the same subject would be acting against the interests of this individual wiki and may require us to take further actions for protection.
