• The headline on the newspaper Randy is reading reads, "Ape Population at all time high!"
• In the scene where Wendy Testaburger gets breast implants, her chest is not covered or censored in any way. The bare chest of an underaged female has never been shown on South Park except for this one scene, however, uncensored breasts were seen on adult women in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.
• When the boys go to the basement, Timmy goes down the stairs as if it is a ramp.

Continuity

• Bebe uses the word "hella". This phrase spoken by Cartman in "Spookyfish" annoyed Stan and Kyle. Unlike when Cartman says it, the boys in the class find it cool now strictly because Bebe used it.
• When Bebe asks if the other girls want to go ice-skating after school, they start calling her 'slut' in a same way boys did to Chef's bride Veronica in "The Succubus".
• This is the only episode where Bebe is shown with actual breasts. After this episode, Bebe's chest appears to be normal.
• Cartman has a Chinpokomon with him in the beginning of the episode.
• This was Bebe's turn to be primary, as a day in the limelight.
• In this episode, Bebe's sweater doesn't have any buttons, probably to put emphasis on her breasts.
• Bebe was almost part of the boys' group. She was one of the candidates for the new fourth friend in "Professor Chaos", but was not chosen.

References to Popular Culture

• The main plot of this episode is a parody of the movie Slums of Beverly Hills, in which the protagonist grows breasts and gains a new level of popularity among the male crowd, and attempts to get breast reduction surgery.
• In this episode, Cartman often plays a game called "Lambs" that is simply a scene out of The Silence of the Lambs.
• Planet of the Apes is parodied when the boys act like cavemen.
• The scene in which Stan takes a bone parodies 2001: A Space Odyssey.
• The scene of Bebe's boobs conspiring while she's asleep is a parody of a similar scene involving hands in Quicksilver Highway.
• The Stupid spoiled whore party scene is where all the girls are dancing in the Peanuts dance style to A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Goofs

• After Butters says "Stupider than Bebe," Craig answers "Yeah." Butters' voice says this, not his.
• When Wendy Testaburger reveals herself to the class, after receiving her breast augmentation, Butters', Pip Pirrup's, and Francis' eyebrows are angled grossly incorrectly.
• When all the students enter the 4th grade classroom at the beginning of the episode, Pip's middle of his bowtie is in front of Francis while Pip is behind him.
