The Baby Cows were calves ready for slaughter owned by Farmer Carl Denkins in "Fun with Veal", however, they were saved by the boys.
Background
The calves were first trapped in Farmer Carl Denkins' barnyard, ready to be slaughtered, but then Stan Marsh and Kyle Broflovski both wanted to save the cows and keep them in Stan's room. There was a total of twenty-three baby cows, and the boys were punished and teased for having the cows in the Marsh Residence, and suffered from starvation. Stan was growing a disease of turning into a vagina as he was not eating meat, but was lucky that he didn't turn into a vagina as he got to the hospital on time. The baby cows were then sent back to the slaughterhouse, however, due to the definition of veal being changed to "tortured baby cow", the market for veal quickly declined. This led to the rancher allowing the cows to mature before they would be slaughtered.
Appearance
The calves vary in color, from black and white to brown. however, they all share the distinct feature of large, sad eyes with highly-visible, black eyelashes.

- The baby cows look more realistic and less cartoonish than their adult counterparts.
