Autumn is the dissatisfied ex-wife of Mr. Hankey and the mother of Cornwallis, Amber, and Simon. She appears in the Season Four episode, "A Very Crappy Christmas", and South Park: The Stick of Truth. She has a drinking problem and is often seen drunk. She broke up with Mr. Hankey as it was told in "The Problem with a Poo" by the latter.

She seems to be unhappy with her marriage, mostly due to Mr. Hankey's erectile dysfunction. She seems to use alcohol as a crutch for her unhappiness.

She is the wife of Mr. Hankey. We assume that their marriage is failing, with her constantly being drunk (a "symptom" of a crumbling marriage) and insulting him over his erectile dysfunction.

Autumn plays a minor role in "Dropping the Kids Off", where she bickers with Mr. Hankey while intoxicated. She alongside her husband asks the player to find their kids, who have been scattered across the South Park Sewers. Once they are all found, she, alongside her husband, will become friends with the player on Facebook.
South Park: The Fractured but Whole[]
Autumn Hankey makes a brief appearance in the game. When the player goes into the Marsh's house, they will notice that in the bathroom, the toilet is clogged by a gigantic piece of poo. The player will assistance from Toolshed using his Sandblaster to unclog the toilet, and Autumn will thank the player and let them take a selfie with her, becoming their friend on C***stagram, and then leaving so the player can use the toilet. After she leaves, Shelley will comment on C***stagram how the toilet in their house is covered in "turds".
