Aspen Youth Center is a communal building for the youth residents of Aspen.
Background
Stan Marsh was invited by the Dorky Girl to come down to the Youth Center for a party, which he accepts. There, he and the boys discovered that the youth center would be demolished by Tad Mikowski's father.
Stan finds Tad himself performing a poorly written song about the former, and was challenged to another skiing race on the K-13, on the condition that the youth center is to be left untouched if Stan wins.
In the end, Stan won the race, and the youth center was allowed to remain in place.
