When summoned, Archangel Bradley gives all ally tank units a health boost and heals them for that same amount. As long as he is on the battlefield, all of the ally tank units will be surrounded by an aura that slows down any enemies near them.

Archangel Bradley is a flying unit, meaning that he can only be hurt by ranged units or other flying units.
