"Animals Close-Up With a Wide-Angle Lens" was featured in the Season Eight episode, "Quest for Ratings".

Background[]

This song was the theme for Craig Tucker's shows, Animals Close-Up With a Wide-Angle Lens and Animals Close-Up With a Wide-Angle Lens Wearing Hats. Both shows featured dogs filmed with a wide angle lens, the latter with dogs wearing various types of hats.

Trivia[]

  • The song is modeled after Boots Randolph's instrumental, "Yakety Sax", the theme song for the British sketch comedy, The Benny Hill Show. Although the songs are nearly identical, there are several minor differences in sound and pitch throughout the song.
