The AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) is first mentioned and seen in the episode Grey Dawn when Grandpa Marsh places a call to them because their rights are being violated by the destruction of their drivers liscences.

The AARP can be considered a very militant organization by their hostage taking and strict demands. The reason for this is because the Senior Citizens rights in South Park have been violated and need to be restored.
