Background
He was seen reporting about the Tantalus V. Observatory's rise in popularity, due to it brainwashing its patrons. Like Hispanic Man with Gravy Stains on his Lapel and Quadriplegic Swiss Man on a Pony, he is one of the many reporters with strangely descriptive names.

A 34 Year-old Asian Man Who Looks Strikingly Similar to Ricardo Montalbán wears a white suit, consisting of white slacks, a white shirt, a black bow tie, and a white coat. He has gray, whiting hair and like his name suggests, his appearance is extremely similar to that of Ricardo Montalbán.
