AIDS is a real disease which has been joked about a few times in South Park. in Jared Has Aides, he said he had A.I.D.S. (personal trainer and a dietiatian), and he wanted to give everyone it, unfortunatly everyone thought he meaned the disease, and it made him unpopular. in Tonsil Trouble, Cartman caught AIDs from, a failed blood transfusion and then gives it to Kyle via needle. They found a cure for it, the cure is to be injected with large doses of cash.
