背景

ロシア連邦からの核攻撃を過剰に恐れたマッケイ先生は、2日の間に高頻度での避難訓練をサウスパーク小学校の生徒たちに強いた。
　その後職務室で、戦争反対をうたう当楽曲を聞きながら心を落ち着かせてマッケイ先生の元に、PC校長が注意を促しに訪れる。しかし東西冷戦時代の郷愁に浸った結果、常識的な行動が取れなくなったと校長に指摘されたマッケイ先生は激怒する。生徒たちにロシア連邦の軍事力を把握させるために避難訓練は必要だったのだと、マッケイ先生は自身の行動を正当化した。
