- 曲の起源はシーズン1のエピソード"Weight Gain 4000"である。歌詞にある言葉通り、マクダニエルズ町長はサウスパークを「小便で汚れた雪のように小汚くて貧乏くさい町（"pissant whitebread mountain town"）」と評している。またスタン・マーシュの「（地面から）3フィート分も積もった雪（"3 feet of snow"）」という言葉も歌詞に取り入れられている。
