パラマウント・ピクチャーズ（Paramount Pictures）は、カリフォルニア州のハリウッドを本拠地とする映画配給会社であり、バイアコムCBS[注 1]の傘下である。
パラマウントはサウスパークのDVDやBlu-rayの卸売り業務も行うほか、映画South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncutの米国における商標権および著作権を保有している。タイム・ワーナー[注 2]とバイアコムCBS傘下のコメディ・セントラルと権利を共有したことにより、サウスパークシリーズのホームビデオに関する権利も獲得した。
