Contexte
Cette chanson joue dans "Poire à lavement et sandwich au caca" comme chanson thème du Sandwich au caca alors qu'elle est présentée comme l'une des nouvelles mascottes possibles de l'École élémentaire de South Park.
Dans "Wing", la Super Awesome Talent Agency emmène sa cliente, Wing Han Tsang à Los Angeles afin qu'elle puisse participer au concours de talents "American Idol". Ils sont déçus car l'attente pour les auditions en studio est longue et abandonnent. Ils trouvent un autre spectacle appelé "Contender" qui est prêt à réserver le chanteur et les garçons se réjouissent en chantant quelques lignes de "Who Let the Dogs Out".
La chanson est jouée plus tard dans "À propos d'hier soir..." lorsque les électeurs d'Obama font la fête. Randy change les mots en "Who Let the Obama Out".
