Contexte
Après avoir appris que les États-Unis augmentaient leur niveau de menace à DEFCON 3, les autorités russes tentent de relayer la nouvelle à Vladimir Poutine, pour découvrir ce dernier torse nu et dansant sur l'air de "Two". Tribus". Plus tard, la chanson continue à jouer pendant le concours de dressage au Park County Equestrian Facility, avec Butters se frayant un chemin jusqu'à un combat final contre le cavalier russe Davey Solokov.
