Cartman, without a doubt. Funny, loud and without him, the show would be boring

Just an introvert, I think Liane cares for Cartman, a lot since he's practically the only friend she has. However, his home life is bad because Liane is also a terrible influence to him, she brings her sexual partners over while he's there, she occasionally does drugs and drinks booze and she sometimes puts them over him. Aside from that, his home life isn't nearly as bad as the others' on the list.
