In my opinion, yes it has gotten very old. I'm tired of the whole Joker/Batman paradox they have, it's an annoying aspect in the show, and it's very overrated by fans. Some people are actually upset that Cartman wasn't fucking with Kyle in the Post Covid specials, but I don't know why, considering that'd just be way too predictable.
So yeah those are a couple of satisfying moments in the show that come to mind, what's your opinion?

They kinda do remind me of Pac-Man now that you mention it.
Make Love, Not Warcraft is better in my opinion

Yes, Randy and Tegridy Farms are WAY overused.
As I've stated before, I really didn't like the bleak ending they gave Cartman. He gave up his entire life so his friends could be happy, and that's how gets repaid. Another reason why I didn't like the ending was that Cartman being a homeless drunk just seems so out of character for him. He's far too smart and manipulative to be living on the streets, him being a corrupt cop or doing some illegal shit would be more suitable for him, or he could be working to be a better person. That's just my opinion, what do you think?

Nice!
Happy New Year!
I think it's just a nickname. Maybe she likes some kind of powder which gave her that nickname, I dunno.
I'd say Stan
Tough choice, I think they all suck in their own ways.
In my personal opinion... A LIVE ACTION SOUTH PARK MOVIE IS THE MOST ATROCIOUS THING I'VE HEARD IN A WHILE. Well, right next to a movie with three Batmen trying to match the hype of Spider-Man No Way Home, those are tied in things that should never be made.
I really see them as South Park's equivalent of What If...?
Merry Christmas!
@KainProTron712 That was "Red Sleigh Down"
