He can't handle his own emotions and behaves unprofessionally

• He has a nervous verbal tic of saying "m'kay" all the time.

• "Ike's Wee Wee" - He foolishly passes around marijuana during the class. It goes missing and he cries like a little boy when he's fired from his job. He then starts taking drugs, the very thing he was trying to educate his students against.

• "Child Abduction is Not Funny" - His own parents follow him to school as though he's a little boy.

• "Mystery of the Urinal Deuce" - He kicks up a huge fuss over who took a dookie in the urinal and is the only one who doesn't get why it's so funny. What's the big fucking deal, bitch?

• "Insheepton" - He is shown to have a class 5 hoarding disorder due to extreme childhood trauma. He threatens to rape Stan in the mouth if he throws away an old milk carton. The trauma is so bad that he nearly gets everyone killed in his memory.

• "Royal Pudding" - He loses his shit over the kindergarten school play about dental hygiene, hurling verbal abuse and obscenities at the kindergarteners and Kyle.

• "Butterballs" - He gets bullied by Bucky Bailey into holding a school assembly about bullying and cries over the PA system in front of the entire school.

He is ill-equipped to help students with their emotional problems

• "Ass Burgers" - Stan sees him because of his depression and he gives Stan the WORST advice you could give a depressed person - to snap out of it and that he's being a Debbie Downer. And then he wrongly diagnoses Stan with Asperger's. Dude, that is pretty fucked up right there.

He is ill-equipped to correct students' behavioral problems

• "Rainforest Shmainforest" - Craig is sent to him every day and he's clearly at a loss what to do, even asking Craig, "Why can't you behave?" He gets flipped off by Craig multiple times.

• "South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut" - He performs the song "It's Easy, M'kay" to get the students off swearing. His substitutes for swear words are silly and have the same meaning. Immediately after his session, the students go to the cinema to rewatch "Asses of Fire".

• "Bass to Mouth" - He is unable to get Cartman to stop making people crap their pants and see the severity of how crapping one's pants can drive a student to suicide. He, Principal Victoria and Mr. Adler then follow Cartman's ridiculous suggestions like spiking the entire school's lunch with laxatives. Finally, unable to deal with Cartman, they throw him under a bus in a botched attempt to kill him and make it look like a suicide. How fucked up is that? Cartman then gives him what he deserves by making him have violent diarrhea down the hallway in front of all the students.

He can't handle sensitive topics

• "Ike's Wee Wee" - His way of educating students about drugs is "X is bad, don't do X" without explaining what's so bad about them. He has a habit of saying "X is bad" in general.

• "Proper Condom Use" - He and Ms. Choksondik are assigned to teach sex education to the boys and girls respectively. They do not teach but instead create a lot of misunderstanding and fear of the opposite gender, which leads to a gender war. It is then revealed that he has so little sex experience he is definitely not in a position to teach students about it. Choksondik is even worse; she's a virgin and the two end up having sex.

• "Erection Day" - He doesn't sit down and have a proper talk with Jimmy about his erections, leaving Jimmy at a loss and ill-equipped to deal with the embarrassing phenomena.
