Liane Cartman

Considering how sexually active Liane is, how is Cartman the only child she birthed? Did she miscarry all her other children or something? I am aware that Matt and Trey intended for Cartman to be an only child, but considering how he has a whore for a mother who has canonically had sex with everyone in town, I find it a bit hard to believe that he has no other siblings. I know this is a weird question but I am genuinely curious about this. What do you think?
