Cartmanland

In the episode "fun with veal" cartman says "no, uncle jessie, no" when the other boys try to wake him up, i see there are pages on the wiki for howard cartman, uncle stinky, and fat bob (who i assume to be an uncle), and then there is the man and woman making up cartman's unnamed reletives. what do you guys think, is the unnamed man in cartman's familly uncle jessie? or is jessie someone we have yet to meet?

I was looking at the image gallery of the episode "Cartmanland" and I found this image that shows Cartman's family members crying at the funeral, but I watched the episode and didn't see it. Has anyone seen this scene in the episode?
