this maybe my most controversial sp opinion, but i kinda think the imagination land trilogy is trash. some of the pentagon bits were pretty decent, but other than that it wasn't very funny, the plot seemed unfocused, and 'imagination land' wasn't all that imaginative. with other realms like heaven, hell, and canada, there's always some sort of twist like that hell turns out to be a normal place or that only mormons get into heaven, whereas there's no inherent twist to imagination land. instead they played it straight which is never as fun. i also don't care for when they lean so much into cartooniness. i can deal with talking poo and towels in moderation but this is a bit much. plus there's abandoned plot threads, and butters seemed off to me, and i have several other nitpicks that actually make it my least favorite part of the season.
my other dislikes are "la petit tourette", "more crap", and "night of the living homeless".
