Mostly good. i especially liked the al zawahiri bits and the great animation at the end. i also really liked the epic chase and fight scenes.
i get why bart was included but he felt very shoehorned into the plot ultimately. i also would have liked to see more from the heads in sand plot which they seemed to abandon in the second one. but of course the biggest problem with it is, like with 201, comedy central's decision to be pussies.
