Randy got everyone high on Marijuana sometime during the exclusive event, which causes him to hallucinate and imagine a world where he and his friends are adults in a post-COVID world. Scott Malkinson shows up as a bodybuilder in the alternate reality with a hot wife (presumably Sophie) and has become a diabetes consultant, Kyle is happily married to Nichole (an allusion to Matt’s real-life relationship with Angela Howard), and Butters has become deranged and adopted his Professor Chaos once and for all after the events of the pandemic… and Stan wakes up in the end, claiming it was all just a weird dream. The movie ends with the kids back in the 4th grade having to put up with Garrison’s schemes.

P.S. Wendy has become the corrupt mayor of South Park and is no longer with Stan, and Tweak and Craig are engaged to be married.

I have no clue what will happen honestly. I know it doesn’t seem too spooky, but I was only guessing what would happen given the pattern I have seen from the last two specials, and the fact that Randy’s marijuana business was mentioned. Most of the fans will probably be more interested in what the ships will be than the actual plot of the movie anyway, given that the kids have been aged up to being adults. It will be interesting to see how some of the kids turned out as adults however and what happened to some of the current adult characters in their old age. I honestly never thought Trey and Matt would go for this kind of plot.

I think Cartman is either in a home to assist him because of his live style or hes a lazy bum. Kenny is just you know Kenny, Kyle well we seen some of his live in the trailer and I think he might be married. And as for Stan, I feel he has fallen into depression without his friends and takes care of Randy after his mom and or Wendy passed away.
