I've had this game since the start of last year March (because I was doing everything South Park in order) in my binge, after purchasing the game for $30 USD, I played it, I loved the game, so much so, claimed it as my number 1 favorite game of all time. Fast forward to today, I wanted to replay the entire game, you know for nostalgia; the game definitely wasn't worth the number 1 spot. I'll split it into a few sections of the critiques, I have a lot of free time today sooo time killer yay!
Gameplay
The game runs smoothly and fits the South Park style. It is a real RPG-style game and they do good at that, but it can get very boring, really fast. All the things you do in combat is push the action button or another button to do a fart combo, I'm happy that they didn't continue that route in TFBW. The blocking is pointless, I know it was to nerf you from becoming op but, don't add a block if you can still take damage. Butters got his cheeks clapped every time I'd enrage Al Gore, even if it's a perfect block. Would've been better if I had a stamina bar of how much I could block, if the block meter runs low then I'll pay for not using it wisely.
Story
The story is a South Park episode, but with your OC! The story is decent, could've been better, some of the parts just seem like a goose chase, oh we need the help of girls, oh more stuff for the girls, we need to go to Canada to translate something, we need a passport. All of it just for the big final. I mean it could've been much better if they removed night 2, I could live without the Parent's sex scene, if the plan was to make my nipples sing in a chorus, it didn't work. The gnomes just were there and went "k bye" after you do the underpants mission. Other than that, it would've been a decent game story, just without the unneeded content. The ending just felt rushed, the pacing was so fast that you just felt nothing when the new kid started to talk, Cartman's line was so fast that you could've even figured what just happened

Stick of Truth was a decent first game on the new-gen consoles. I personally can't wait to see what the other games have to offer! This isn't worth $30 USD, wait for a sale deal, don't make that mistake like me.
