SPA was used as reference for both games. The easiest ecample is that FBW switched to 'Annie Nelson' for her, as SPA listed, even though 'Annie Knitts' was in TSOT and more recent. See also using the 'Tweak' spelling. They did go with 'Gerblanski' though and 'Brimmy' against SPA... In any case, the studio definitely knows of the wiki's existence.
In addition, the name 'Karen' for Kenny's sister was started at Wikipedia then spread via early SPA before it was ever canon. The commentary implies they looked at this personally.
