"propper condom use" is my #1; everything about it is perfection.
I have to say "kenny dies" as my #2, i'm a massive sucker for meta humor, and that's like 90% of what this episode is.
"butters' very own episode" is #3.
"cartmanland", "here comes the neighoborhood", "the entity", and "towelie" are all easy A tiers as well.
I think "scott tenorman must die" is basically perfectly written and executed, it's just slightly lower for me because humor is more tom and jerry like and catharsisy, and that just doesn't appeal to me as much.
