While i don't really dislike any season 4 episodes, some of the weaker ones were "cartman's silly hate crime 2000" and "timmy 2000" as i didn't find romper stomper or skyler's band to be that funny, plus i'm not a huge fan of timmy to begin with. i also have to put "pip" here despite having funny characters and a good plot, its lack of any actual south park characters besides pip is hard to forgive.
