Well, this is something which is bound to cause a flame war. It's actually quite hard to say which character is the most over rated. Generally speaking, I'd have to say the likes of Wendy who is not really a main character, but is still one that has had a somewhat important role. At the same time, some people could also say Kenny (which I really have to disagree with - he's amazing).
There are a lot of reasons which would infer someone's judgement, hence this question is sort of irrelevant.
But we all know that Kyle is the worst character.
